Gastronomic Collective

Professionals passionate about innovation comprise the Gastronomic Collective of Hotels by Grupo Xcaret. Thirteen chefs and a sommelier are invited to be part of this committee in charge of curating the gastronomic experiences within the restaurants of Hotels by Grupo Xcaret. Two Michelin-starred chefs stand out: Carlos Gaytán and Paco Méndez, who are at the head of the luxury restaurants HA' and Encanta, which opened their doors to the public to become exclusive restaurants in Playa del Carmen.
